Try these first.
I forgot my password If you added a passkey, sign in with it. Then change your password on the Security page.
I lost my authenticator app Sign in, then enter one of your backup codes in place of the code from the app.
Ask your administrator
Your administrator can help you set up your sign-in again. The system tells them that you asked. Nothing on your account changes.
